The Vita is running a insanely powerful processor, Cortex A9. This basically means that when your are cross chatting without any lags or glitches in your game or the other persons game. Cross chatting is speaking to someone who is either playing the same game but a different match or someone in a completely different game speaking to you. Vita has a 5 inch multitouch screen which was extremely smart on Sony's part for including that. I know that our "present future" that we live in everything is basically multitouch screen now from phones to computer screens. They included this feature so that you can basically be more personal thrill from playing these games. A rear touch pad is to keep the gamer more entertained and to also make the gamer feel like they are more interactive with the character that they are playing as. Both front and rear cameras are on the handheld for taking pictures, recording videos, and video chat. If that wasn't enough to hype of the Vita for you, how about GPS navigation system? Some might think that this isn't necessary, but I personal think it is both necessary and a good idea. Let me put a quick scenario in your guy's head; you can connect with your friends a lot faster where ever you are. It is fast, easy and simple.
I know it seems like I am marketing the hell out of this product, but I just want you to understand what the hype is about on a technically level instead of on a consumer level. Basically put the nerd and geek in you all! MUHAHHAHHAHHAHA kidding. At E3 2011 this was Sony's most anticipated conference, well this and the apology. I will be talking about the apology that was kinda sincere and kinda bull shit.
